This policy explains what personal information SimplifiedTCG (“we”, “us”) collects through our wholesale portal at b2b.simplifiedtcg.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email wholesale@simplifiedtcg.com.
1. Information we collect
- Wholesale application: first and last name, company name, email address, phone number, and business address (street, town/city, state or region, postcode and country).
- Your account and order requests: your login details (passwords are stored only in encrypted, hashed form), the products and quantities you request, billing and shipping details, and any notes you add. We do not take card payments on this site — you pay by bank transfer after approving our invoice, so we never receive your card details.
- Communications: emails you send us and messages or offers exchanged inside your account.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies (see section 5). Security logs, such as failed login attempts, record IP addresses.
2. How we use it
- To review wholesale applications and confirm that applicants are genuine businesses.
- To run your account, process order requests, prepare invoices and arrange freight and delivery.
- To contact you about your orders, prices and restocks. You can ask us to stop sending anything that is not about an active order at any time.
- To keep the portal secure and prevent fraud and automated sign-ups.
- To understand how the portal is used and improve it.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you (your account and orders), our legitimate interests (reviewing applications, security, business communications), your consent where the law requires it, and compliance with legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- service providers that run the portal for us — website hosting, email and website analytics (Google Analytics);
- shipping carriers and freight forwarders, who receive the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your order;
- banks, to process your bank transfer;
- authorities, when the law requires us to.
4. International transfers
We ship from mainland China and our service providers operate in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live, including in China and the United States. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
5. Cookies
- Essential cookies keep you logged in and remember the cases in your order request. The portal cannot work without them.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us see which pages are used. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies are switched off by default and only anonymous, cookie-free measurements are sent.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. If your application is not approved, you can ask us to delete your application details at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent you have given. Residents of California have the right to know what we collect, to have it corrected or deleted, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. To make a request, email wholesale@simplifiedtcg.com; we reply within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
The portal uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and access to customer information is limited to the people who handle your orders. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Children
The portal is for businesses only and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
